Hasn’t worked for me. Been about a month since I switched from Lumin. Face is dryer than ever and spent 140 on an array of day and night time products. Literally skin peeling on face.

Doesn’t smell great but could get past that if it was decent but must say I have been very disappointed

I was shocked by so many negative reviews here because it is the best product I have ever tried! My skin is visibly better now and I keep trying new products from Brickell. Most products also smell amazing, a few smell not that good, but there is always an alternative without scent. Highly recommended!

We’ve really enjoyed our experiences with Brickell! Shipping is quick, the scented products smell nice (older reviews say it’s gross, they must have revised their scents cuz I think it’s lovely) and a little goes a long way so the price point is totally reasonable. I’m noticing an enormous difference in my boyfriend’s skin now that he’s been using their products daily.

There's nothing special about this hyped products. It's just a simple spectacular Marketing campaign, but the product itself is overpriced and do nothing more than similar products costing much less. Don't buy it. It's not worth it.

Payed for a sample kit but never received anything and never got refunded...

Upon reading all the reviews I was very excited to try this skincare range. After using the products for a number of weeks I have to say I was quite disappointed with the results. I appreciate their stuff is all natural but I found the products to be simply sub-par for the frankly extortionate price you pay. The anti-aging moisturiser felt thick and dried my skin out come the following morning. In my eyes Brickell either need to lower the price a little or increase the efficacy of their products to be a real player in the UK skincare market. That being said, there are a few of their products that I did enjoy using such as the charcoal face wash. They offer a free trial so it may be beneficial to see if it works with your skin.

Trust me, ignore the bad reviews.

I actually came on here to review them off my own back because their products truly deserve it!

I've been using their charcoal skin cleanser and daily essential moisturiser for the last 2.5 years.
I suffer really badly with psoriasis. Particularly under my beard and on my scalp. These products are the ONLY products that work to actually get rid of it!!!!
I only apply the smallest amount, less than they suggest, and a bottle can last me up to 6 months. I don't use it every day mind. About 4 times a week. But that's enough for them to clear my skin completely.

People actually ask me what I use for my skin. Even my hairdresser asked as he knows about my skin and he has started using them.

The charcoal cleanser is amazing! I used to have to hide it from my Mrs cos she loved it so much.
You feel your skin get fuller after about 3 mins of keeping it on your face. All spots lift themselves up out of the skin after washing it off. So I usually cleanse twice (and it still lasts about 6 months). Your skin feels amazing once it's dried. You really do feel clean.

I've recently started using the hand balm and Toner. You can feel and smell the quality as soon as these products hit your skin.
I use the toner during the day at the moment due to having had surgery and not being able to get in the shower as often. It's really helped to keep my skin moisturised and the soreness managed.

The hand balm is quite thick (its the full strength) but, again, you really don't need much. Rub in, leave for a few mins and you can feel your skin become fuller and softer. No more uncomfortable dry hands.

I HIGHLY recommend.

Yes they are expensive but they are well worth it. I've tried to find something as good that's cheaper and there just isn't anything.
There are certain, other, companies that are unscrupulous in their tactics to con you into subscriptions for products that a far below par and are a ton more expensive.

Do yourself a favour and try Brickell. Esp if you have psoriasis or bad beardruff. I even put the moisturiser on my head and it clears up the psoriasis there too.
You won't be disappointed!!!!

Obsoletely rubbish company. Sent me wrong product and not responding to my emails. It’s gona be the first and last purchase from this scams.

I love this compagny! Their products are really good, shipping is very fast! I've changed the place that I order their products for another website, but I absolutely recommand this brand!

Great product, great customer service!

I've used the anti-ageing cream for a couple of years now, and I have to say it's the best one I can find. I actually notice the difference - my skin is noticeably firmer and more radiant (I had comments!)

The customer service is really excellent too. There have been a couple of instances where I've been sent the wrong product. Once I told them, they sent me a new one immediately and I kept the original they sent. Very efficient service.

They're not the cheapest, but I'm a repeat customer for the reasons above. Definitely worth it in my book.

Stay away from this company, their moral and ethics is disgusting it is easier to think the worse of people rather than see there may be good I a situation. I ordered a sample pack and my step son saw this. He lives about 10 miles away and isn't part of my house hold. he asked me to get a sample for him so I did. I did this because he has Cerebral Palsy and his mother and I often help him.

Brickell cancelled his saying I had ordered to. Implying customers are dishonest. But to contact them if you had got this on behalf of someone else. I wrote a quick email explaining it was for my son who lives away from me. I got another email saying I was breaching there policy of getting more than one per household.

This company have a strange concept of a household and don't realise people sometimes do things for disabled people. Not that I should have to explain my sons position. Living in another household is obvious especially when you tell them

I'm outraged by all the people grumbling about having to pay the postage on the samples box!
There's £20 worth of eye cream alone, and it lets you try the stuff out.
The postage of £5.50 works out at 75p a sample - you people are delusional parasites on humanity if you object to this.
I liked some of it (shampoo, face scrub, face wash) but most of the "finishing" products just made my skin greasy, and my skin can do that on its own.
And it is far too expensive for me, but I can see that it's good stuff when you pick the right stuff.
If you want the best, this is probably it.

I don't know what these guys in these other reviews are talking about. I ordered the free sample kit which yes, is free. You do have to pay for shipping oh no $5! For like 9 sample products grow up fellas. I used the renewing face scrub followed by the clarifying cleanser and topped it with the moisturizer followed by the eye cream. I saw a difference immediately after the scrub. I keep a fairly decent facial skin care routine and keep up with exfoliation, moisturization, and protection. I don't think you expect this stuff to work magic if you don't take proper care and wait your face to beg for help before using. All of the product went a long way. I'm hopeful for the next few days to see how the product works with daily use. Also i do have a sensitive face and many products turn me red and aggravated. None of these did that and by the time I finished with each product my face was tingling like I just had a chemical peel.
